Enclosed please find the pictures of the Opening Ceremony of Computer & Science Laboratory after renovation / up gradation of Govt. Girls Secondary School, Sharafi Goth, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi was performed by Mr. Farrukh Fayyaz – General Manager, Johnson & Johnson (Pvt.) Limited on 20^th January 2010. The work was carried out by CHAEF with the financial support of Johnson & Johnson (Pvt.) Limited.

We are please to inform that we have renovated 100 years old girls school at Malir area behind Korangi industrial area, where mostly Balochies oldest residences of Karachi are residing. We have arranged entire white wash, plumbing work, electrical work, student decks, tables, chairs, fans, water Cooler and other essential items.

Now we request you to help and support us for establishing of Computer Training Center and a Science Laboratory for the these poor girls and boys of the area

Pictures of first Prefabricated Primary Mother and Child health Care (MCH) Center having facility of Ultrasound, Lab Tests and OT for Eye Surgeries has been inaguarated at Shireen Jinnah Colony, Karachi.

This center will provide free health care services to the people of the area.

We are planning to to setup similar pre-fabricated health care centers at the Junctions of Divisions, Districts and Tehsils or main roads connecting to the villages.
Please pray to Allah to help us in making Free Health Care Services to Poor people in Pakistan.

There are many diseases which if detected early can prevent crippling diseases like Kidney, Heart, Lever failure and Blindness as well. These require surgeries at exorbitant cost and become long term financial burden for a poor country like ours.

1. DIABETES is a silent killer and has few symptoms initially but causes Heart, Kidney Failure, Blindness, High Blood Pressure and Hypertension.
2. HEPETITIS is a disease which if not detected early becomes almost incurable. A simple stomach ache may turn out to be life threatening appendicitis, hepatitis or stomach ulcer.
3. TUBERCLOSIS is a common disease caused by malnutrition and unsanitary living conditions and is curable if detected and treated early. Diseases in children namely Diahoera, Typhoid, Pneumonia and thelesimia may cause mortality at an early age. Similarly women related and gynecological diseases especially lenkuria is a common disease.
4. CANCER: The initial symptoms of cancer may be continuous cough with blood, indigestion, loss of weight, painless bumps and lumps. These symptoms may convert into cancer of breast, prostate and in other parts of body.

Apart from deadly diseases detailed above all the diseases detected early can be treated at a fraction of cost at Primary Health and Mother & Child Healthcare Centres. The large number of poor and needy patients live in slum areas of cities and villages in extremely unhealthy conditions and have neither money nor access to any medical facility. These people suffer from minor ailments and availability of primary healthcare facilities offered by CHAEF will save their lives.
