The idea to establish Children Health & Education Foundation was conceived by its Founder Syed Naeem ul Hassan in 1990. It gained reality in 2003 after he gained vast experience by rendering his services to “LRBT” and “Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital”.
The primary aim of CHAEF is to provide Education and Primary healthcare services to poor and needy people at their doorstep. Not only providing Free treatment of the common diseases and also diagnosing deadly diseases at very early stage before those attain critical stage.
Our Aim:
Our aim is to provide FREE quality primary healthcare and educational facilities in poor neighborhoods.
Chaef currently runs 33 (Thirty Three) Centers, including 18 Mobile Centers which are providing the following facilities.
- Primary Health Care for General Diseases.
- Mother and Child Healthcare Services for specilaizes women related diseses which starts from confirmation of pregnancy to the birth of the baby and afterwards followup of mother and child with all necessary vaccination.
- Ultrasound Free Services for Women and Men.
- Labratory tests.
- Education.

- Comptuer Training Centers = 3
- English Learning Centers. = 2
Altogether we are catering to 127 Health and Educational Activities including English learning and Computer training at our Centers. We also run a school and vocational training centers in various slums and poor localities of Karachi.
Besides providing free consultancy, our clinics provide two days’ medicines which also includes the medicines of Sugar and High Blood Pressure. Moreover, the clinics alert patients upon diagnosis of a deadly disease and refer them to the relevant NGOs. In this way, Chaef helps in detecting deadly diseases early.
Chaef’s clinics have treated over 250,000 patients since September 2003.
