We are pleased to inform you that the Children Health & Education Foundation is catering over 2,500 patients daily with FREE Consultation Treatment and totally free Medicines, besides medicines for two life –threatening diseases i.e. high blood pressure and diabetes to save patients from Paralysis, heart attack, Kidney and Eye related terminal diseases at all our Centers. The Foundation has so far treated 845,557 poor and needy patients, Besides 30,894 female patients benefited from Ultrasound facilities Free of Cost with the help of 46 Health activities at our Centers up to March 2008. In addition to all-above 513 students are studying at Primary School and are getting FREE training of Computer/Vocational and English Language at our Centers.

In view of the high cost entailed above, we propose to establish prefabricated healthcare Centers having the facility of FREE Consultation, Lab tests, Ultrasound and medicines to the poor and needy at the door step of the poor and destitute patients so that they get the treatment of each disease which can become incurable if not treated at stage 1. These Centers besides the above facilities will also provide FREE medicines for two life-threatening diseases High Blood pressure and Diabetes so that patients keep on getting free medicines and the mother of diseases could not affect or damage Heart, Kidney, Eyes and the patients are saved from heart attack, Kidney failure, blindness or paralysis. We propose that the cost of structure and the running expenses of these Centers be met by your organization while the Foundation will ensure efficient running of these Centre.
Primary Healthcare Centre/ P.H.C.C
P.H.C.C will cater to approximately 100- patients OPD per day. The facility includes consultancy, two days medicines. The Foundation is not only diagnosing & treating the patients totally free but is also providing patent medicines for severe infection, fever T.B. Malaria, Typhoid (Adult & Children) stitching, lekuria, other Women related diseases and glucose drips. Besides, medicines for two life-threatening diseases i.e. high blood pressure and diabetes for which medicines are required to be taken for lifetime. All these medicines are provided free of cost to save patients from paralysis, heart attack, kidney and eye related diseases.
Mother & Child Healthcare
It is very painful but true that in Pakistan the poor and destitute patients are mostly women. This we came to know when all our primary health care centers headed by lady doctors, followed by Ultrasound and Lady. Consultant who specializes in Gynecological and women related diseases. It seems that every women patients having a disease is either related to Gynaecology and Obstetrics, family planning or harmone imbalance.
These services contribute to reduction in infant and maternal morbidity leading to improvement in general health and reduction fertility. We wish to set up Mother and Child Healthcare facilities to achieve the following objectives.
- Reduce causes of Child deaths.
- Prevent Mother & Child against tetanus and nutritional deficiencies.
- Reduce maternal deaths.
- Provide pre pregnancy and post delivery care to mother and child.
- Provide vitamin supplement to anemic patients.
- Educate and counsel on family planning and Child spacing
