• Donation by Muslim Donors for blankets, Mattresses, Transportation Charges——-Rs.  4,00,000/-

Prefabricated polar Homes fully insulated for winter application, livable up to -15c earth quake resistant Size 10’×20’ consisting of two room of 10’×10’ each with two aluminum windows and two wooden doors,

The prefabricated house will be assembled on light gauge G Is steel framing with ply wood flooring of ½ “thickness. The skid can be directly placed on hard ground even in winter conditions

Walls Pre-painted galvanized steel sheet of 0.5mm with press formed shallow

Ribbed corrugation is used to add strength and rigidity to the walls and

Bonded to 50mm thick medium density grade polystyrene core with an

internal lining of decorative laminated MDF is used (For Normal Duty,

For severe duty, other combination is used). This core is encased on the

sides with Galvanized steel channels all around the perimeter. Other

Sinternal panel can be supplied to meet specific applications, e.g 6mm

Plywood or similar material.

Roof &

Ceiling The roof is tapered roof of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet of 0.5mm

with press formed trapezoidal deep ribbed corrugation and press bent to

the required taper with slight overhang from the outer walls and mounted

on a heavy duty steel purlins sections running longitudinally across the

length of the Porta Home. The inside of the roof is featured in roof

suspended false ceiling using polystyrene decorative tiles of 600×600 mm

size and aluminum framework

Floor Light Durable Vinyl floor bonded to 12mm Marine Grade plywood

sheets mounted directly on top of the skid framing.
